damaged or incorrect shipment
We are sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with your purchase and hope to make it right. At Feelz we stand behind our products and want to ensure you have a positive experience.

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you inspect the items. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Feelz offers a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To request a refund, you can contact us at hello@findyourfeelz.com. Please be sure to include your order # and ensure that the product(s) you are returning is/are in the original packaging. If your item arrived damaged, please send a photo with your request.

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on next steps. You may be responsible for the costs associated with return shipping.

Please note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will deem the refund process complete, and you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
