Damaged or incorrect shipment
We’re sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase—we want every Feelz experience to be a good one.
While we do not accept returns or issue refunds, we stand behind our products and are committed to resolving issues related to order errors. If you received an incorrect item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@findyourfeelz.com. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can review it promptly.
We do not accept returns or process refunds for opened, used, or unwanted products due to the nature of our consumable goods.
If your item was damaged or incorrect, we’ll work with you to make it right. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
